Okhta Park is an all-season recreation resort located in the Leningrad Region near St. Petersburg, Russia. Established in 1993 as a ski training facility, the resort underwent a major redevelopment and reopened in December 2015 with expanded sports, recreation, and hospitality infrastructure.
NEODECOR™ contributed custom interior furnishings for the resort's ski and ice skate rental facilities, including customer service counters, equipment distribution stations, instructor counters, and café bar counters.
The resort's interior spaces were developed to support efficient visitor services in a high-traffic recreational environment.
Custom service counters combined practical layouts with contemporary architectural finishes, incorporating natural wood textures, solid surfaces, and clean geometric forms.
The design of the furnishings supported the operational requirements of equipment rental, customer registration, and food and beverage service.

For the ski rental facility, the scope included an order registration counter, an instructor counter, a document distribution counter, an equipment distribution counter, an equipment return counter, and a café bar counter.
For the ice skate rental facility, the work included an order registration counter, an equipment distribution counter, and a café bar counter.
The project incorporated oak veneer, solid oak, Corian solid surface, and Egger laminated particleboard.
The completed furnishings demonstrate NEODECOR™'s capabilities in manufacturing functional, durable, and architecturally integrated furniture for sports and recreational facilities.
